Mediant 8000

16.5.1 Connecting the Mediant 8000 to the DC Power Supply

Two PEM/DC/8K units reside at the bottom-rear of the chassis (see the figure above)

and provide redundant power input terminal blocks for DC. Each terminal block must

be connected to a separate power source to guarantee redundancy of the power main

supply.
