a 183 response, enabling the PSTN to
play a voice announcement to the IP
side. If there isn't a PI in the Disconnect
message, the call is released.
Local RB(0) Doesn't send a 183
response to IP. The call is released.
Remote RB(1), Remote RB(8) Sends a
183 response to IP.
