Instant Defines the method for setting digital trunks
to Out-Of-Service state per device.
Default – The default behavior is as
follows:
For ISDN: Use Service messages on
supporting variants and Alarm on non-
supporting variants.
For CAS: Use Alarm.
ISDN Service Msg – Sends ISDN In or
Out of Service (only for ISDN protocols
that support Service message).
ISDN D-Channel – Takes D-Channel
down or up (ISDN only).
Alarm – Sends or clears PSTN AIS Alarm
(ISDN and CAS).
CAS Block – Blocks trunk (CAS only).
Notes:
To determine the method for setting Out-Of-
Service state per trunk, use the Trunk Out-
Of-Service Behavior parameter (see ''Trunk/
SIP Parameters Settings'').
