Retry command.
If the problem persists, replace the ATM-TRK circuit pack.
PASS The ATM-TRK circuit pack is successfully reset.

BOARD
No board detected.
Check the error log for Error 125 (wrong board) or Error 131 (no
board), and perform the appropriate repair, if needed.
Ensure that the board is properly translated and inserted.
Check for Error 1538 (hyperactivity). If hyperactive, run reset
board UUCSS.
Run the test again. If it fails, replace the ATM-TRK circuit pack,
and retest.
