k. If the specified Packet Control circuit pack is in the active SPE, it must first
be busied-out via the busyout packet-control C command. After testing
has been completed, the Packet Control circuit pack should be released
from the busyout state via the release packet-control C command.
System Technician-Demanded Tests: Descriptions
and Error Codes
When inspecting errors in the system and deciding which ones to address, always
investigate errors in the order they are presented in the tables below. By clearing
error codes associated with the Packet Control Parity Circuitry Test, for example,
you may also clear errors generated from other tests in the testing sequence.
