MTP Reset Test (#101)
This test is destructive. The test resets the Maintenance/Tape Processor. The
destructive nature of this test causes the following:
■ Administration terminal to log off
■ CDR port to terminate data transmission
■ Any current tape access to terminate and also to tear down any remote
access INADS connection

10102 ABORT System software resources required for this test are not
available.
10104 ABORT Internal system error
1. Retry the command at 1-minute intervals a maximum of
5 times.
10105 FAIL The MTP did not respond to being reset.
1. Retry the command at 1-minute intervals a maximum of
5 times.
2. If the test continues to fail, replace the Processor circuit
pack.
