Extraction and pressing of bearing

Check measurement of bearing
number 2
16. Check that the bearing oil hole is opposite
the cylinder block oil ducts.
17. Repeat the procedure for the remaining bearings.
18. Carefully knock with a plastic hammer to release
the old bearings.
19. Clean the sealing surface, take a new gasket
and fit the cover for the camshaft at the
front of the engine.
20. Refit the camshaft according to the section
Fitting the Camshaft. Then perform a check
on the camshaft setting.
The seats for camshaft bearings 2, 4 and 6 have two oil
ducts. The others only have the lower one.
