• Check that the paper weight settings at the print server match the actual paper loaded in the tray.
• Ensure that the paper loaded is within press specifications. For information on paper and storage, refer to
Paper and Media.
• Load a new ream of paper into the selected paper tray.
• For other suggested solutions, refer to Custom Paper Settings Troubleshooting.
• Perform the Cleaning the Fuser Assembly routine. If the problem continues, contact the Customer Support
Center for service.
