PI=1, PI=8 - For IP-Tel call, if
'EnableEarlyMedia=1', the
gateway sends ‘180 Ringing’
with SDP in response to an
ISDN alert, or it sends a '183
session in progress'
message with SDP in
response to only the first
received ISDN Proceeding or
Progress message, after a
call is placed to PBX/PSTN
over the trunk.
