7.4.10.5 Installing the second/third SAS backplane
Ê If applicable, remove the SAS expander board holder, see section
"Removing the SAS expander board holder" on page 201.
Ê Install the second/third backplane, see section "Installing the HDD
backplane" on page 191.
Ê If applicable, connect the power cable to system board connector "PWR2"
(backplane 2).
Ê If applicable, connect the power cable to system board connector
"PWR 12V 3" (backplane 3).
Ê If applicable, connect the two SAS cables to the SAS controller 2 connectors
"MLC1" and "MLC2".
Ê Connect the cables to the second/third backplane, see section "Cabling with
SAS expander board" on page 196 or "Cabling with SAS expander board"
on page 197.
Ê If applicable, install the SAS expander board, see section "Installing the new
