Description
Use Program 33-02 : ACI Department Calling Group to assign ACI ports to Department Groups. An
ACI port can be in only one group.
Also use this program to set the ACI port priority. When a call comes into the ACI Department Group, it
connects to the ACI port in order of its priority. A higher priority port (e.g., 1) receives calls before a lower
priority port (e.g., 6). There are 96 ACI ports and 16 ACI Department Groups available.
