Description
Use Program 34-05 : Tie Line Outgoing Call Restriction to build a restriction matrix for outgoing trunk
calls placed from an inbound trunk (e.g., dialed from a Tie Line). For each inbound trunk group, enable
or disable access to each CO trunk group.
