Register Mode
Normal:
When the phone boots up, it
reports the ext. assigned in the
phone or chooses the next
available extension in the system.
Password is not required.
Auto:
If set to Auto, the SIP user name
and password must be entered on
the actual IP phone. These
settings must match 84-22/
15-05-27, or the phone does not
come on-line.
Manual:
When the phone boots up, it
prompts user to enter a user ID
and password before logging in. If
the user name and password are
programmed in the SIP User
settings in the telephone, it comes
up without prompting the user. It
checks this user ID/password
against 84-22/15-05-27. If there is
no match, the phone does not
come on-line.
0 = Normal
1 = Auto
2 = Manual
