General Troubleshooting
Tray 2 No Paper
1. Enter the Service Diagnostic menu (page 4-5).
2. Perform the Tray 2 No Paper test: Printer Diag > Engine Diag > Sensor
Test > Tray 2 No Paper > OK.
3. Remove Tray 2.
4. Move the Actuator up and down while checking the information on the
Control Panel display. The Low and High values change from 0 up to 99.
5. Press the Stop button to stop the Tray 2 No Paper test.
