Backing Plate (12 313 0)
Removal
1. Remove the brake shoes.
For additional information,
refer to Brake Shoes in this section.
2. Remove the wheel cylinder.
For additional information,
refer to Wheel Cylinder in this section.
3. Detach the parking brake cable.
1. Depress the retaining clip.
2. Remove the cable.
4. Remove the backing plate.
• Drill out the rivets.
Installation
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
