Removal
1. Raise and support the vehicle. For
additional i
nformation, refer to Section 100-
02.
2. Detach the accessory drive belt from the
power steering pump pulley.
• Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner
clockwise.
3.
CAUTION: To prevent ingress of
power steering fluid into the
generator, the power steering fluid
must be drained.
Disconnect the power steering fluid cooler
lines from the power steering fluid cooler.
• Allow the fluid to drain into a suitable
container.
4. Lower the vehicle.
