Removal

type when working on or near any fuel
related components. Highly flammable
mixtures are always present and can ig-
nite. Failure to follow these instructions
can result in personal injury.
1. Remove the fuel tank. For additional
informat
ion,
refer to Fuel Tank in this section
2. NOTE:
Fuel supply line connections are white
or are identified by a white band.
Disconnect the fuel supply line from the fuel
pump.

3. Remove the fuel pump locking ring.
