Removal
1. Drain the cooling system. For additional
information, refer to Cooling System
Draining, Filling and Bleeding in this
section.
2. Lower the vehicle.
3. Using the special tool, disconnect the
coolant hoses from the thermostat housing.
4. Detach the engine coolant temperature
(ECT) sensor.
1. Remove the clip.
2. Detach the ECT sensor.
