Removal
1. General note.
• This operation was carried out on an
engine with a mechanical timing belt
tensioner.
2. Remove camshaft timing belt as described
in Operation No. 21 304 0.

CAUTION: Support the engine with a
trolley jack.
Detach the engine support bar.
4. Slacken the flange bolt of the camshaft
timing pulley.
