Waxstat Cable Adjustment
NOTE: This adjustment must be carried out with
the engine cold.
1. Remove the waxstat cable adjuster clip.
2. Hold the idle lever against its stop and refit
the adjuster clip so that there is between 1
and 2 mm of slack in the waxstat cable.
