REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION (CONTINUED)
5. Disconnect the air bag sliding contact
electrical connector.
6. Detach the wiring harness electrical
connectors from the steering column
bracket.
7. Disconnect the hood latch remote control
cable.
8. From inside the passenger compartment,
disconnect the flexible coupling.
1. Remove the pinch bolt.
2. Remove the retaining cage.
3. Remove the shaft aligner.
