40. Install the vehicle speed sensor (VSS).
1. Insert the VSS.
2. Insert the retaining pin.
42. Install the clutch release bearing in the
clutch slave cylinder.
All vehicles
43. Fit the drive halfshaft oil seal and the clutch
slave cylinder.
1. Position the input shaft oil seal.
2. Position the clutch slave cylinder.
3. Tighten the bolts evenly. In doing so,
press the input shaft oil seal into the
transmission housing.
2. Detach the transmission from the assembly
stand.
