Configure the LLDP/IEEE802.1AB functionality on this device. If disabled,
the LLDP protocol will become inactive, but the LLDP MIBs can still be
accessed.
D off: Disable the LLDP/IEEE802.1AB functionality.
D on: Enable the LLDP/IEEE802.1AB functionality.
The default setting is on.
