Parameter
rate —— Specify the bandwidth for sending packets. Range: 1-1000000 kbps
for the gigaport, 1 to 10000000 kbps for the ten-gigabit port.

Description
The clear counters command is used to clear the statistic information of the
specified Ethernet ports.
