Example
Enable the management port to carry with client ID option (Option 61) when
the management port obtains an IP address from the DHCP server:
T3700G-52TQ(config)# management-port protocol dhcp client-id

Description
This management-port ip command is used to configure the ip address of
the management port if the management port configuration protocol is None.
Syntax
management-port ip ip-address subnet-mask [ gateway ]
no management-port ip
Parameter
ip-address —— Specify the ip address of the management port.
subnet-mask —— Specify the subnet mask of the IP address.
gateway —— Specify the gateway address of the management port.

Example
Specify the ip address of the management port as 192.168.10.1,and the
subnet mask as 255.255.255.0:
T3700G-52TQ(config)# management-port ip 192.168.10.1 255.255.255.0

Description
This management-port ipv6 enable command is used to enable the IPv6
function on the management port. To disable the IPv6 function on the
management port, please use no management-port ipv6 enable command.
