incorrect protocol signal was received from the authentication server.

Procedure
Advise the customer to repeat the operation.
016-405 Certificate DB File Error RAP
016-405 Certificate database file is wrong.
Procedure
Advise the customer to start ‘Initialize certificate’ under Maintenance.
