Advise the customer to re-obtain the download data then perform the operation again.

Perform the steps that follow:
1. If this had occurred in TSL mode, it may be due to different port number. Advise the cus-
tomer to check the port number settings of the POP server.
2. If the fault persists, reload the software, GP 4.
