REP 13.27 Front/Rear Tamper Home Sensors

Removal
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Refer to GP 10. Disconnect the power cord
from the customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity
can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
1. Remove the compiler tray assembly, REP 13.17.
2. Place the compiler tray upside down on a work surface.
3. Remove the front or rear tamper home sensor, Figure 1:
a. Disconnect the connector (1).
b. Remove the front or rear tamper home sensor (2).
NOTE: The removal of the rear tamper home sensor is shown in Figure 1.

Replacement
The replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.
REP 13.28 Compiler Tray No Paper Sensor

Removal
WARNING

1. Remove the compiler tray assembly, REP 13.17.
2. Place the compiler tray upside down on a work surface.
3. Remove the screw (1) that secures the bracket, Figure 1.
