Perform the steps that follow:
1. Advise the customer to cancel the job.
2. If the fault persists, reload the software, GP 4.

003-765 Fax scan compression error.
Procedure
Perform the steps that follow:
1. Advise the customer to cancel the job then to change the scan resolution parameter and
then retry the job.
2. If the fault persists, reload the software, GP 4.
