Procedure
Advise the customer to check whether the settings in the job template are correct. For exam-
ple:
1. A setting that cannot be used in the machine is set.
2. The transfer repository is not set correctly.
3. A nonexistent template name is specified.

Procedure
Advise the customer to:
1. Check whether the port and network related settings that are required to execute the scan
job are set correctly in the machine.
2. Check whether the DNS server setting is correct.
3. Check whether the port for the specified protocol is activate.
