Advise the customer to:
1. Check the limit for the number of users that can connect to the shared folder.
2. Check whether the number of users who are concurrently using the server has exceeded
the maximum number.

018-556 HTTP error - invalid script.
Procedure
Advise the customer to:
1. Check that the drive and directory that are specified in the HTTP server that sends
scanned documents are accessible.
2. Repeat the operation.
