Procedure
Perform the steps that follow:
1. Advise the customer to set the correct account, then redo.
2. If the fault persists, reload the software, GP 4.
016-758 Auditron Disabled Function RAP
016-758 An illegal account was detected.
Procedure
Perform the steps that follow:
1. Advise the customer to:
a. Set the new function that is allowed for that account then try again.
b. Request the Account Administrator to add the rights.
2. If the fault persists, reload the software, GP 4.
