117-344 Invalid User Job Type Fail RAP
117-344 The applicable user job cannot be executed at the system level.
Procedure
Advise the customer to check if public print it is set to be stored as charge print.
117-345 SSMM Batch Setting Duration Fail RAP
117-345 During the batch setting of LoDeM, a reboot occurred due to a change in system data.
Procedure
WARNING
Ensure that the electricity to the machine is switched off while performing tasks that do
not need electricity. Refer to GP 10. Disconnect the power cord. Electricity can cause
death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
1. For a single occurrence, take no action.
2. If the fault persists, perform the steps that follow:
a. Switch off, then switch on the machine, GP 10.
b. Ensure that all connectors on the drive PWB, PL 1.10 Item 3 and the ESS PWB, PL
3.10 Item 6 are securely connected. Ensure all surface mounted modules on both
PWBs are securely connected.
c. Reload the software, GP 4.
d. Perform the OF2 Special Boot Modes RAP.
