Procedure
Advise the customer to:
1. If on-demand print for multiple documents was instructed using the external access func-
tion, reduce the number of documents then retry it.
2. Either extend the print on demand print duration or set it to 0.
027-762 Illegal Web Print Job Ticket RAP
027-762 Although a web print job was received, the attached job execution ticket is incorrect.
Procedure
Advise the customer to repeat the print instruction.
