6. Remove the halfshaft heat shield.
Vehicles with 1.6L / 1.3L engine
7. Remove the halfshaft heat shield.
8. Disconnect the shift rod and the shift rod
stabilizer.
1. Disconnect the shift rod
2. Disconnect the shift rod stabilizer
9. Remove the gearshift mounting.
