NOTE: Plug the refrigerant line and the con-
denser.
8. Disconnect the refrigerant line at the
condenser.
Installation
NOTE: Fit new O-rings on the refrigerant pipes
before connecting them. Coat the new O-rings
with refrigerant oil before fitting them.
1. Refit the components in reverse order.
2. Evacuate the air conditioning system and fill
it. For additional information,
refer to
Section 412-00.
3. Connect the battery negative lead.
• Enter the radio keycode.
• Reprogram the preset radio stations.
• Reset the clock.
• Road test the vehicle to collect data for
the PCM.
4. Check the operation of the air conditioning
system.
