WARNING: Danger of scalding if the
engine is warm.
Drain the coolant (shown from below).
• Install the drain plug after draining.
9. Disconnect the coolant hoses.
10. Raise and support vehicle. For additional
information, refer to Section 100-02.
11. Remove the engine undershield.
12. Remove the lower intake manifold bolts
(engine shown removed for clarity).
