4. NOTE: Do not oil the cylinder head bolts.
NOTE: Tightening sequence.
Fit the cylinder head and tighten the new
cylinder head bolts in two stages.
5. Fit the cylinder head (continued).
NOTE: For stage 3, slacken one cylinder head
bolt by itself, and then tighten it to the specified
torque and angle. Only then move on to the next
cylinder head bolt.
• Wait three minutes and then tighten the
cylinder head bolts according to tightening
sequence in stage 3.
