Ê Disconnect all cables from the backplane:
– SAS/SATA cables (1, 2)
– Power cable (3)
– ODD power cable (4)
– If applicable OOB cable (5)
7.5.1.3 Removing the backplane

Ê Press down the two hooks (1) with a screw driver and tilt out the
backplane (2).
Ê Remove the backplane.
