Removing Steering Gear (Standard steering)
Remove the steering gear in
the
numerical order.
1.
Disconnect
the
negative cable
at
the
battery.

the
identification mark
on
to
the steering
wheel
and steering shaft.

Wrap
the
bolt
holes
of
the
column
jacket
with
tape
to
pr
eve
nt
lubricant
fr
om
leaking
out
of
the
jacket.

the
front

the

with
stands.
