Checking Secondary Throttle Valve
1. The secondary throttle valve starts
to
open when
the primary throttle valve opens 52
±
2 degrees and
completely opens
at
the same time when the primary
throttle valve fully opens.
2. Check the clearance between the primary throttle
valve and the wall
of
the throttle bore when the
secondary
throttle
valve starts
to
open.
3.
lf
the clearance is not within the specification, bend
the throttle
arm
until the proper clearance is
obtained.
