then
give
it
four (4) return for setting
it
preliminarily.

screw
turned
as shown in

Fit
the
blind
cap after fitting

carburetor and
adjusting

idle

Be
fore installing the air horn assembly, make the
float
level adjustment as follows:
a.

without
any gasket
on
the
air horn.
l . Invert the
air
horn
on
a stand and allow the
float
to
lower
by
its own weight.
2.
Measu
re the clearance (H) between the float and
the air horn bowl.
If
the clearance
is
not within
th
e specifications,
bend the
float
seat lip (a) until the proper clearance
is obtained.

rn the

horn
to
the normal positi

and allow
the
fl
oat
to lower
by
its own weight.
4.
Measure the distance (L) between the bottom
of
the float and the air horn bowl.
If
the clearance
is
not within the specifications,
bend the float stopper

until the proper distance
is
obtained.
