to
specifications by
turning the throttle adjust screw.

Usually
adjustment
of
engine
idle mixture is
unneces-
sary.
In
case overhaul
is
necessary due
to
carburetor trouble,
make adjustment
of
engine idle mixture paying attention
to
the following points.
1.
Remove the throttle chamber
of
the carburetor
and replace the mixture adjust screw, mixture adjust
spring and shell.
2. After assembling, install the carbure
tor
in the reverse
order
of
removing.
3. Warm up the engine
to
normal operating temperature.
4. Connect an exhaust
gas
analyzer to the vehicle.
5. Disconnect the air hoses
b~tween
air control
valve
and No. 1
&
2 check valves and plug the ports
of
check valves.
6.
Adjust the idle speed
to
following specifications
by using throttle adjust screw.
