11. Remove the shaft
seal

removing

oil seal.

POWER
STEERING PUMP INSPECTION
1. Clean
all parts throughly in clean solvent, and then
blow
it
dry with moisture-free compressed air.
Do
not
use solvent
on
seals.
2.
Inspect the pump housing and shaft.
•Wear
and damage
of
the bush.
Wear

of
the bore
of
the
flow-control
valve.
Wear and damage
of
the shaft.
