7. NOTE:
Keep all parts in order for reassembly.
Remove the hydraulic lash adjusters.
8. Install the camshaft and the camshaft
bearing caps.
1. Install the camshaft.
2. Install the camshaft bearing caps.
9. NOTE:
Keep all parts in order for reassembly.
Using the special tool, remove the valve
springs.
1. Compress the valve springs.
2. Remove the valve collets, the valve
spring retainers and the valve springs.
10. Using the special tool, remove the valve
seals.
