CAUTION: Use a socket to remove the
hub-retaining nut to prevent damage.
Remove the wheel hub retaining nut and
washer.
• Discard the hub-retaining nut.
9.
CAUTION: Protect the ball joint seal
using a soft cloth to prevent damage.
Detach the lower arm ball joint from the
wheel knuckle.
1. Remove the pinch bolt.
2. Detach the lower arm ball joint.
10. Remove the heat shield.
11. Remove the wheel knuckle to suspension
unit pinch bolt.
