Writing a Value to Present_Value from the BACnet Device
(1) The BACnet device writes the write value (26.5) to Priority_Array at the index number indicated by the specified
priority (1).
(2) Priority_Array with the smallest index number out of all non-NULL(00h) values is element 1 (26.5), so 26.5 is used
as the value of Present_Value.
(3) Present_Value (26.5) is written to the Present_Value for reading (#D0000).
