5.13.3 Offline auto tuning for a PM motor (motor
constants tuning)
The offline auto tuning for an PM motor enables the optimal operation of a PM motor.
• What is offline auto tuning?
Under PM sensorless vector control, setting motor constants automatically (offline auto tuning) enables optimal
operation of motors even when motor constants vary or when the wiring distance is long. IPM and SPM motors other
than IPM motor MM-CF can also be used.

control, refer to page 442.
