Procedure
Switch power off then on. The problem continues.

Return to service call procedures.
Service actions depend on the operation specifications.
Again, switch power off then on.
If the problem continues, reload software.
If the problem continues, replace the HD (PL 13.1).
16-982 Full HD
Full status was detected at HD access. Full status was not cleared even during waiting for tim-
ing. No pages can be stored.
Procedure
Switch power off then on. The problem continues.
