GP 12 Printing Reports
Description
This procedure describes how to print a Configuration Report. Printing Configuration Reports
can help you troubleshoot and configure the Printer.
Procedure
1. Press the Machine Status button on the Control Panel.
2. Select the Billing Meter/Print Report tab on the display.
3. Press the Print Report/List button.
4. Select the Copy Mode Settings button.
5. Select the Settings List button.
6. Press the Start button.
The following reports can be printed from the UI Diagnostic Mode:
1. Debug Log
2. HFSI Report
3. Jam Report
4. Shutdown Report
5. Fail Report
